BREAKFAST

EGGS BENEDICT
Poached eggs with Canadian bacon and hollandaise sauce on a toasted English muffin. Served with home fries.

PANCAKES
Three fluffy pancakes served with your choice of bacon or sausage.

OMELETTE
Three-egg omelette with your choice of cheese and three fillings (spinach, mushrooms, tomatoes, onions, peppers, ham, bacon or sausage). Served with home fries and toast.

FRENCH TOAST
Thick slices of bread dipped in a vanilla-cinnamon egg mixture and grilled to perfection. Served with your choice of bacon or sausage.

BREAKFAST BURRITO
Scrambled eggs, cheese, black beans, peppers, onions and your choice of bacon, sausage or ham wrapped in a flour tortilla. Served with salsa and home fries.

AVOCADO TOAST
Toasted sourdough bread topped with smashed avocado, poached egg, cherry tomatoes and arugula. Served with a side of fruit salad.

BAGEL AND LOX
Toasted bagel with cream cheese, smoked salmon, capers, red onions and sliced tomato. Served with a side of fruit salad.

FRESH FRUIT PARFAIT
Layers of Greek yogurt, granola, honey and fresh fruit (strawberries, blueberries and bananas). Served with a muffin.
