Brewer’s Dinner, Tap House Grill’s Premier Service

Remove the headache from planning and leave it all to us! Executive chef Erik Carlson will plan a four course menu, pair it with beers, and present it to your guests. They will be educated and entertained all at the same time!

Chicken, rock shrimp, andouille, tomatoes, green and red peppers, onions and cream topped with parmesan and green onions.

Private Dining Drinks

Beverage Choices

In addition to the 160 beers on tap, we feature a full service bar with premium spirits for your guests to enjoy. All beverages are charged on consumption, and we will work together with you to determine the appropriate level of service for your event.

Keg service is also available in the ballroom and club room.

Coffee, tea, and non alcoholic beverage service is available either as a stand alone portion of your event or added on to the menu package.

Parties larger than 35 guests and events with a “no host bar” require in room bartender service. The cost for an in room bartender is $5 per guest.

Wine Service

Tap House Grill is pleased to offer an extended wine list and special wine service to our private dining guests. You may choose to serve wines either by the glass or by the bottle tableside.

Tax and Service Charge

Our menu prices do not include 20% service charge or 9.4% state sales tax. State law requires that sales tax be calculated on top of the service charge.
