Located in the heart of the downtown Seattle retail corridor, Tap House Grill is surrounded by the best hotels, shopping destinations, and tourist attractions. Let us make your next gathering a celebration to remember.

The Tap House Grill is a full service event facility. Choose from one of our private event spaces or reserve the entire restaurant. We can accommodate groups ranging from 15 to 550 guests and feature the region's largest selection of draft beers. Our progressive urban cuisine complements the complex flavors of the local, national, and imported beers we feature daily.

Happy Hour Parties

We have great informal reservation options that are perfect for birthday parties, or after work happy hour parties with co-workers! With a great event menu and a Happy Hour menu to choose from, we make your parties easy! Some reservations may require a small hourly rental or a minimum amount of people and time restrictions may apply.

Private Events

All that is required for private events is the selection of a menu and bar choice to satisfy the food and beverage minimum. There is no rental or hidden fees. We have several menu options from multiple buffet choices to a la carte plated menus, as well as our famous Brewer's Dinner where we pair each course with one of our 160 beers on tap!

Large Group Reservations

We can take groups of up to 30 in our dining room with reservations. You don't have to book a private space and it's perfect for birthdays, bachelor and bachelorette parties, anniversaries and more.

Event & Banquet Space

The Seattle Tap House Grill is a full service event facility. Choose from one of our four private Seattle event spaces or reserve the entire Tap House restaurant. The Tap House Grill can accommodate groups from 15 to 550 guests. The Tap House Grill boasts two billiards spaces with pool tables surrounded by elegant lounge seating. The Tap House Seattle's event spaces, the Billiards Lounge and the Club Room, have private in-room bar and service areas. Choose from one of the Tap House Grill's event menus, or book a custom brewer's dinner and leave the menu planning to the chef. Remember to tap one of our extensive selection of beers for your guests!

Both of our Seattle Tap House Grill event spaces are equipped with the latest audio visual amenities to meet the needs of both our private and corporate event guests.

Seattle Tap House Grill Billiards Lounge

Capacity Reception 75-80 people, Food and Beverage Minimum Applies
Our Tap House Grill Billiards Lounge features four professional sized billiards tables. The Billiards Lounge features integrated audio visual, private service areas, exclusive bar service options, and posh lounge seating. This Tap House Grill space is ideal for personal or corporate functions where fun is the goal. Guests can dine, drink, and play in complete privacy. Flexible semi-private options are also available. The Billiards Lounge is designed for reception style only.

Seattle Tap House Grill Club Room

Capacity Reception: 50 People, Food and Beverage Minimum Applies
Our Tap House Grill Club Room is equipped with lounge seating, a billiard table, audio visual equipment including a high definition television and projection screen, and a private bar. The Tap House Grill Club Room is designed for reception style only.

Seattle Tap House Grill Private Dining Room

Seated & Reception: 35 people
Food and Beverage Minimum Applies
Our private room is located adjacent to the Seattle Tap House Grill's main dining room. This area features a high definition television, and is suited to more formal gatherings as a seated space.

What is required to secure my reservation?
A signed contract with a credit card on file.

Am I required to pay a deposit?
No! All that's needed is a credit card on the signed contract.

May I reserve the space without choosing the menu?
Yes! We need the date, the time, and an approximate number of guests to generate the contract.

Is catering required?
Groups larger than 50 require catering. Groups smaller than 50 may order off the regular menu or choose a catering package.

May we buy out the entire facility?
Yes! Prices vary by season, day of the week, and time of day

How long may we have the room?
Standard event time is 3 hours. Each additional hour increases the original food and beverage minimum by 25%.

Are outside decorations and entertainment allowed?
Yes, all outside entertainment and decorations must be approved by Tap House Grill.

Are you available for business meetings with minimal service or for use as a breakout space?
Yes! Please contact the private dining manager for further information.

Does Tap House Grill charge a corkage fee?
Yes, the corkage fee is $15 per bottle. Tap House Grill will make a special wine order upon request. All purchases are final, and all bottles must be opened on site during the event.

May I bring my own cake for my event?
Yes you may, however all food served must be prepared in a commercial kitchen. The cost for bringing an outside dessert is $2 per guest.
