The Tap House Grill is a full service event facility. Choose from one of our private event spaces or reserve the entire restaurant. We can accommodate groups ranging from 15 to 680 guests and feature the region's largest selection of draft beers. Our progressive urban cuisine complements the complex flavors of the local, national, and imported beers we feature daily.
Happy Hour Parties
With a group of 20 or more, we have options without minimums or reduced minimums for partial or full reservations of our billiards spaces. These are perfect for birthday parties or after work functions with co-workers! With a platter menu and a Happy Hour menu to choose from, we make your after work parties easy! Time restrictions may apply
All that is required for private events is the selection of a menu and bar choice to satisfy the food and beverage minimum. There is no rental or hidden fees. We have several menu options from multiple buffet choices to a la carte plated menus, as well as our famous Brewer's Dinner where we pair each course with one of our 160 beers on tap!
Large Group Reservations
We can take groups of up to 30 in our dining room with reservations. You don't have to book a private space and it's perfect for birthdays, bachelor and bachelorette parties, anniversaries and more.

Our Tap House Grill Billiards Lounge features four professional sized billiards tables. The Billiards Lounge features integrated audio visual, private service areas, exclusive bar service options, and posh lounge seating. This Tap House Grill space is ideal for personal or corporate functions where fun is the goal. Guests can dine, drink, and play in complete privacy. Flexible semi-private options are also available. The Billiards Lounge is designed for reception style only.
Seattle Tap House Grill Club Room

Our Tap House Grill Club Room is equipped with lounge seating, a billiard table, audio visual equipment including a high definition television and projection screen, and a private bar. The Tap House Grill Club Room is designed for reception style only.
Seattle Tap House Grill Semi-Private Dining Room
Capacity Seated: 35 People, Reception: 40 People, Food and Beverage Minimum Applies
Our semi-private room is located adjacent to the Seattle Tap House Grill's main dining room. This area features a high definition television, and is suited to more formal gatherings as a seated space.
The Tap House Bellevue is a full service event facility. Located in the heart of downtown Bellevue at the Galleria, the Tap House Bellevue is our first location and boasts the largest selection of Northwest beers on tap. At the Bellevue Tap House we can provide your group with a fun event that they are certain to remember. Our semi-private back area offers a VIP experience that is suitable for any occasion. Choose from one of the Tap House Grill's event menus, or book a custom brewer's dinner and leave the menu planning to the chef. Our Tap House Grill semi-private space is located adjacent to the main dining room. This space features a high definition television and is suited to more formal gatherings as a seated space. It is also available as a reception style space with flexible table arrangements.

What is required to secure my reservation?
A signed contract with a credit card on file.
Am I required to pay a deposit?
No! All that's needed is a credit card on the signed contract.
May I reserve the space without choosing the menu?
Yes! We need the date, the time, and an approximate number of guests to generate the contract.
Is catering required?
Groups larger than 20 require catering. Groups smaller than 20 may order off the regular menu or choose a catering package.
May we buy out the entire facility?
Yes! Prices vary by season, day of the week, and time of day
How long may we have the room?
Standard event time is 3 hours. Each additional hour increases the original food and beverage minimum by 25%.
Are outside decorations and entertainment allowed?
Yes, all outside entertainment and decorations must be approved by Tap House Grill.
Will you serve a breakfast meeting for our group?
Yes, morning events are also available.
ARE BILLARDS AVAILABLE AT BOTH LOCATIONS?
No, billiards are only available at the Seattle location, not Bellevue.
Are you available for business meetings with minimal service or for use as a breakout space?
Yes! Please contact the private dining manager for further information.
Does Tap House Grill charge a corkage fee?
Yes, the corkage fee is $20 per bottle. Tap House Grill will make a special wine order upon request. All purchases are final, and all bottles must be opened on site during the event.
May I bring my own cake for my event?
Yes you may, however all food served must be prepared in a commercial kitchen. The cost for bringing an outside dessert is $4 per guest.
